Bob Collopy, Phoenix branch manager for Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management, recently obtained his Arizona real estate broker's license at the age of 23. "I'm quite possibly the youngest broker in the state of Arizona!" says Bob.
Bob grew up in the real estate industry and started by ripping out carpet for home remodels as a teenager. Now he oversees all Phoenix operations for Fort Lowell Realty, a growing property management company with headquarters in Tucson, AZ and a Phoenix branch office. Bob has a focus in multi-family acquisitions and also acts as the property manager for the properties he acquires for Fort Lowell's clients and partners.
Bob obtained his real estate salesperson license while attending the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing and a minor in real estate. He is currently finishing up requirements to obtain a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and plans to gain designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) soon after.
