PHOENIX, Arizona – Principal Matt McDougall of Lee & Associates Arizona has achieved SIOR Designation from Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,000 commercial real estate professionals.
According to SIOR, professionals who earn the designation are recognized by “corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.”
McDougall says that he is ecstatic to have earned the designation. SIOR designees must provide proof of gross deal production and have at least five years of experience. In addition, agents must obtain two recommendations from SIOR members outside of their company, take a number of classes and pass a rigorous exam.
“If you’re talking to a SIOR broker, then you are talking to a credible, successful and ethical broker that has been verified,” said Rob Martenson, 2017 president of SIOR’s Arizona chapter. The SIOR Arizona chapter currently has 53 active members. Visit www.lee-associates.com for more info.
