Shelby Duplessis introduces Diversified Future
Phoenix, Ariz. – May 11, 2023 – Shelby Duplessis announces the launch of Diversified Future, a Phoenix-based real estate consulting and development firm. Diversified Future will focus on facilitating the successful development of residential and commercial projects throughout Arizona and will also be investing and partnering in smaller to midsize projects of its own.
Duplessis is a trained civil engineer that has spent more than two decades building a career in land and real estate development. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, holds a professional engineering designation and is LEED accredited. Since college, Duplessis has spent much of her career in project management for public and private development projects throughout the West Valley and Arizona. Prior to launching Diversified Future, Duplessis spent eight years with the Empire Group where she served as president of land development and was responsible for facilitating the development of more than 60 residential and commercial projects.
“I have always wanted to start my own firm,” states Duplessis. “Utilizing the culmination of my experience and training, I am looking forward to collaborating with others to create communities that continue to offer Arizona residents a better place to live, work and play.”
Diversified Future will have an office at the Scottsdale Quarter. Duplessis is consulting with investors on a handful of projects in the works and is seeking opportunities for investment and development.
“Working with the municipalities, I understand the challenges of moving projects forward and know that finding solutions through collaboration and strong relationship building is how we are able to get things done and address the needs of all stakeholders,” adds Duplessis.
The company provides real estate consulting and development, market analysis, strategy and planning, due diligence and feasibility studies, site selection and assemblage. Diversified Future will also provide civil engineering and design services, construction management oversight and facilitate the permitting process. Duplessis will also continue to offer her expertise in public speaking and training workshops for companies and organizations.
