Realty Executives, Phoenix Office

Jeff Murtaugh to lead the newly integrated Realty Executives Phoenix - waiving monthly fees for the first six months for agents who join by July 31.

PHOENIX, AZ (July 23, 2025) — Realty Executives International is streamlining and strengthening its presence across Arizona through a strategic realignment of ownership in the Phoenix and Yuma markets. As part of this effort, the company has opted not to renew its agreement with its current Phoenix franchise, choosing instead to consolidate operations under a unified leadership team.

This move re-establishes common ownership of the Phoenix and Yuma territories alongside Realty Executives’ existing operations in Tucson, Southern Arizona, and Northern Arizona. According to a company press release, the decision reflects Realty Executives’ long-term commitment to supporting its agents and clients throughout the state.

Founded 60 years ago in Phoenix, Realty Executives International now represents more than 5,500 real estate professionals nationwide. With this realignment, the company is inviting approximately 600 real estate advisors from the Phoenix and Yuma markets to join the newly integrated Realty Executives Phoenix, under the leadership of respected industry veteran Jeff Murtagh.

Murtagh, who currently oversees the highly successful Tucson office, will expand his leadership role to include the Phoenix and Yuma regions. Agents who transition to the new network will continue to use their existing branding, signage, and marketing materials, ensuring a seamless business experience. As an added incentive, Realty Executives is waiving monthly fees for the first six months for agents who join by July 31.

“This move is about simplifying and strengthening the Realty Executives network in Arizona,” said Patrick van den Bossche, President of Realty Executives International. “We are creating an even more powerful, unified platform to support our agents, clients, and communities—while maintaining business as usual for all involved.”

The Arizona network will also benefit from the direct involvement and strategic vision of David Tedesco, founder and CEO of Outlier and the ownership partner behind Realty Executives International.

“We are proud to bring the Phoenix and Yuma markets back into the core of our Arizona operations,” said Tedesco. “Our goal is to build the strongest real estate network in the state—one that invests in exceptional people, innovative tools, and strong leadership.”
