Phoenix, AZ. (December 19, 2025) – Rocket Lister, a Phoenix-based residential real estate marketing company, has purchased a two-story, 46,804-square-foot office building at 4625 S. Wendler Drive in Tempe, Arizona. The company acquired the asset for $5,700,000 and will benefit from more than $1 million in Class A tenant improvements completed by the previous owner. Rocket Lister will use a portion of the building as its headquarters and lease the remainder to other tenants. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers Kurt Kerner and Connor Maloney represented Rocket Lister in the transaction and will stay on to manage leasing. The seller was Batch Leads.

Located in the heart of Tempe’s business center, the building offers immediate access to the I-10 Freeway and U.S. Route 60. The property also features prominent freeway visibility and signage opportunities—key advantages for growing companies within the Phoenix metro area.

“This purchase reflects the continued momentum of the owner-user office market in Tempe and the confidence that growing Arizona companies have in investing locally,” said Kerner. “This building not only provides Rocket Lister with a strategic headquarters location, but it also creates the ability to bring more jobs to the East Valley and reactivate a highly improved office asset along a key employment corridor.”

“With Tempe’s pro-business environment and unmatched freeway access, well located office properties like this continue to stand out and attract companies who are expanding their footprint in Arizona,” said Maloney. “Since closing, several large tenants have already toured the building, reinforcing the strong demand for high-quality office space in Tempe.”

This sale also marks a significant transition for what was once a three-building office park. The property at 4625 S. Wendler Drive is the last remaining on the site that continues to serve as office space. The middle building was previously demolished to create additional parking capacity, and the north building is currently in escrow with a developer planning a 55,000-square-foot build-to-suit industrial project. As the final office asset in the park, this transaction reflects the broader market shift and helps reduce excess office supply while supporting rising demand for industrial space in Tempe.
