Prescott, Ariz. (Aug. 14, 2026) – Ross Dress for Less has signed a lease for approximately 22,425 square feet at Village at the Boulders, a Walmart-anchored shopping center located at Gail Gardner Way and Iron Springs Road in Prescott, Arizona, Phoenix Commercial Advisors has announced.
The new store will be Ross's third location serving the greater Prescott/Prescott Valley trade area. With Ross now committed, the center has just one remaining major anchor opportunity totaling approximately 34,000 square feet.
While metro Phoenix remains one of the nation's fastest-growing retail markets, national retailers are increasingly looking beyond the Valley to Arizona's high-performing regional communities.
