TUCSON, AZ (February 14, 2025) -- SAHBA and Land Advisors Organization are thrilled to announce that the 2025 Tucson Land & Housing Forecast, sponsored by Landmark Title Assurance Agency is sold out.  The event will be on February 27th from 3:00-7:00 PM at Hacienda Del Sol.

The popular event is expected to be the Tucson region's most comprehensive and unvarnished look at the current and future state of the housing market. Tucson's housing market has remained resiliently strong for the past several years and looks to carry that forward. The program will update on current activity and discuss what Southern Arizona can expect over the next 5 years heading into 2030.

A robust speaker lineup will hold strong discussions on the Tucson market's opportunities and challenges, including David Godlewski from SAHBA, Evan Forrest from Zonda Advisory, Will White from Land Advisors Organization, Sean Walters from Sunbelt Holdings, Anjela Salyer from Mattamy Homes, and Jeff Grobstein from Meritage Homes.

"We are looking forward to putting on this event again with SAHB," Will White commented. "Tucson's story is very strong and we look forward to a deep dive into both the land and housing components of it. We are very grateful to Landmark and our many sponsors and friends for their huge support and the sell-out of this forecast. There is a great speaker list of well-known Tucson names that will give us a top-level, straightforward look into what it takes to get things done in Tucson."
