PHOENIX, ARIZONA  – The sale of a popular retail property in Glendale and the sale of parcels of land in Phoenix and Tempe highlighted recent deals closed by NAI Horizon professionals. The three deals totaled $5.89 million.

Sale Transactions:

Matt Harper, CCIM, negotiated the sale of a 30,040 SF retail building – Olive Crossing – representing both the seller, 43rd Ave, LLC, and the buyer, Arizona MSK, LLC, and Garvin Holdings, LLC, for $3.95 million. The property is located at 9250 N. 43rd Ave., Glendale, AZ.

Chris Gerow, Gabe Ortega and Shelby Tworek negotiated the sale of 5.95 acres, representing the seller, JEG Fit 43rd Ave. & I-10 Partners, LLC, for $1.6 million. The buyer, Southwestern Property Corp. was represented by Rachel Strolle with Capital Asset.

Jeff Adams negotiated the sale of 20,957 SF of industrial land, representing the buyer, Sepmar, LLC, for $340,000. The property is located at 1545 W. Drake Drive, Tempe, AZ. The seller, Tempe Ventures, LLC, was represented by Kevin O’Brien with Revelation Realty Group/eXp Realty.

Lease Transactions:

Isy Sonabend and Drew Eisen represented the landlord, VWP 48th Street Owner, LLC, in a 86-month industrial lease for 39,396 SF at 3232 S. 48th St., Phoenix, AZ. The tenant, Expeditors International of Washington, Inc., was represented by Andrew Mager with Fischer and Company.

Joe Pequeno and Troy Giammarco represented the tenant, Operation Finance Inc., in a 24-month office lease for 1,520 SF at 17505 N. 79th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. The landlord, Signature Services, was self-represented.

Don Morrow and Dylan Whitwer represented the tenant, Great Horizons, LLC, in a 38-month office lease for 1,405 SF at 2400 W. Dunlap Ave., Phoenix, AZ. The landlord, Crescent 2400, LLC, was represented by Greg McMillan with Cushman & Wakefield.

Matt Harper, CCIM, represented the landlord, Ed Rapee Family Trust, in a 36-month retail lease for 1,400 SF at 515 E. Camelback Road. The tenant, Vickz Kickz, LLC, was self-represented.

Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented the landlord, The Weigel Family Legacy Trust, in a 4-month retail lease for 16,170 SF at 3153 N. Stockton Hill Road. The tenant, Spirit Halloween Superstores, LLC, was represented by Johnny Meins with ReMAX Prestige Properties.

Joe Pequeno and Troy Giammarco represented the tenant, Operation Finance Inc., in a 5-month office lease for 1,520 SF at 17505 N. 79th Avenue, Glendale, AZ. The landlord, Balfour Beatty Communities, LLC, was represented by Andrew Cheney with Lee & Associates.
