Cushman & Wakefield sells North Scottsdale retail center
PHOENIX, Arizona – Cushman & Wakefield sold Scottsdale Ridge, located at 21811 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Ariz. Roca Vista, LLC purchased the property from Scottsdale Ridge Property Retail, LLC for $2.487 million ($160 PSF).
Chris Hollenbeck of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller. Chris Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield has been hired to retain the leasing for Scottsdale Ridge
Scottsdale Ridge is a 15,587-square-foot value-add retail center located at the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Deer Valley Roads. Built in 2007, the property is 70 percent leased to Foothills Sports Medicine, Lavish Nails and Spa and NU Image Salon. The 1.67-acre multi-tenant retail center is situated with frontage along Scottsdale Road and has a drive-thru opportunity available.
