CHANDLER, AZ - ACS Properties LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company purchased approximately 4.5 acres located at the NWC of Arizona Avenue and Appleby Road. The buyer paid $1,179,642 ($6.00 SF) to acquire the property for a senior care site. The seller was Dwayne E Dobson Trust, Dwayne Dobson the General Partner. The transaction was negotiated through Richard Arambula, Dan Krantz and Chris Benjamin of City to City Commercial Real Estate in Scottsdale.
The buyers are planning a 72 bed senior memory care facility on the site. Parkland Memory Care is a 36,377-square-foot, single story, premier memory care facility along with two medical office buildings.
