It was purchased to construct a 7,500-square-foot retail building for four pre-leased tenants: Rock & Roll Sushi, Body Fit Training (BFT) Fitness, Jerimiah Italian Ice, and Firehouse Subs.
Aaron LaPrise of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller, OVP Development Company, LLC.
Jeramy Price with Volk Co is a principal in the buying entity, KJW Steampump, LLC, and handled the transaction for the buyers as principal and broker.
LaPrise represented the landlord in all of the pre-leases and Joey Castillo with VOLK Company represented Body Fit Training (BFT) Fitness in its lease transaction.
Construction is set to begin on March 16th.
