TUCSON, ARIZ. – SimonCRE, a national commercial real estate development and acquisition firm, has completed its first recreational vehicle and boat storage facility in Tucson, Ariz. The Scottsdale-based developer purchased ±11.03 acres at South Wilmot and East Littletown roads, approximately two miles from Interstate 10, for a new Ameripark Covered Storage location.
Situated near the University of Arizona, the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and the Valencia West neighborhood, the new facility is already experiencing an influx of reservations.
The RV and boat storage company has another facility in Tempe and plans to open multiple locations in the state with SimonCRE.

Since inception in 2010, SimonCRE has completed over 200 projects totaling more than $410 million across 22 states. The company has about 50 projects totaling about $300 million in construction planned for 2021. Its client roster comprises more than 100 local and national tenants.
