PHOENIX, ARIZONA (Nov. 14, 2022) – Just in time for Super Bowl 57 at State Farm Stadium a mere 4 miles away, Downtown Glendale is getting one of the best brewery businesses in the Valley, Simple Machine Brewing Company.
NAI Horizon Managing Director Matt Harper, CCIM, represented the landlord in a retail lease with Simple Machine Brewing Company at the Gaslight Building, 5743-5745 W. Glendale Ave., in Glendale, Arizona.
Simple Machine Brewing Company was voted by Phoenix Magazine as Best Brewery in its 2022 Best of the Valley issue.
“We are very excited to have them as part of the Gaslight Building redevelopment. They will utilize the existing speakeasy bar (hand-carved and imported from the United Kingdom) as well as extensive indoor and outdoor seating. In addition, Simple Machine will include a music venue for regular and special events,” Harper said.
The Glendale location, the second in the Valley for Simple Machine Brewing Company, is scheduled to open in early 2023. Super Bowl 57 will be played on Feb. 12 at State Farm Stadium.
