Alameda Street, land with parking lot stall rentals, from De La Warr Investment Corporation ( Geoffrey Shepard, President). Located northwest of Alameda Street and 6th Avenue, between Toole Ave and Alameda, in Downtown Tucson, the parking lot sold for $1.5 million ($88.30 PSF).
The asset closed December 23, 2024 and the buyer will continue use as a parking lot.
