TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Larsen Baker and Volk Company are pleased to announce that Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is opening their second Tucson location at Two Oracle.

Snooze is located across the United States with nearly 50 locations, 9 of which are in Arizona. More importantly, this location will be Snooze’s second to come to Tucson. Focusing on flipping the breakfast experience upside down, Snooze offers a twist to the conventional breakfast menu. “We serve up a different kind of breakfast with creative twists and responsibly sourced ingredients that’ll leave you craving more” is the Snooze motto.

Snooze opened their first Tucson location at Larsen Baker’s Grant/Tucson project in 2020 to much excitement within the Tucson community. This second location will help reach diners in northwest Tucson.

Snooze A.M. Eatery will join Commerce Bank’s new headquarters, Barrio Queen, and LuxSpace Studios at the redeveloped Two Oracle at Oracle and Ina. Snooze will have 3,750-square-feet of interior space and a large covered patio space with views of Pusch Ridge. Snooze plans to be open in 1st Quarter 2022.

Chip Thor of Echelon Realty Advisors, LLC represented Snooze A.M. Eatery in the transaction. The Landlord was self represented by Melissa Lal and Isaac Figueroa of Larsen Baker, L.L.C. and Rick Volk of Volk Company.
