SOLON Corporation

TUCSON, Arizona (September 25, 2025) - SOLON Corporation, a solar technology company with existing operations in Tucson, has purchased a 12,690-square-foot office/industrial building at 3366 North Dodge Boulevard for $1,965,000. The transaction closed on August 26, 2025.

The seller was Coopers DIY, LLC, represented by Buzz Isaacson of CBRE Tucson. The buyer, SOLON Corporation, was represented by Jesse Blum, SIOR, Principal and Industrial Specialist, and Jason Shaltiel, Office Specialist, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR.

The property, built in 1970, sits on 0.72 acres in Tucson’s Central submarket and includes 26 parking spaces and two grade-level roll-up doors. The sale equates to $154.85 per square foot for the building and approximately $62.29 per square foot of land value.

SOLON intends to owner-occupy the site as part of its continued expansion in the region.
