The Event is on September 13th, from 11:30am - 1:00pm, at the Doubletree by Hilton Reid Park, Bonsai Room, 445 S Alvernon Way, Tucson, AZ 85711. Every Month, directly after the lunch meeting, the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter hosts a Department of Real Estate Credit Class from 1:30pm - 4:30:pm.
September’s class is Broker Management Clinic # 1 Statutes $ Rules (Commercial) | Category: Commissioners Rules. The Student will receive complete information to ensure that the Designated Broker complies with Commissioner's Rules and Arizona Statutes. This the ONLY Broker Management Clinic specific to commercial real estate offered in Arizona. Registration fee, FREE to Chapter Members and $40 for Guests. Register HERE.
A reminder that it is now scholarship season and Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter is grateful to be able to offer four scholarships for classes in 2023 that lead toward getting the CCIM designation.
All the Named Endowed Scholarships for 2023 honor:
- George C. Larsen, CCIM Scholarship
- James P. Robertson, CCIM Scholarship
- Ryan Heinfeld, CCIM Memorial Scholarship
Procedure
Applications are submitted directly to Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. Deadline for Submission is October 1, 2022.
Scholarship Value
Recipients will receive $1,000 to offset the cost of one of the following CCIM designation courses: CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104.
Recipient Notification - Letters will be sent on or before December 1, 2022 notifying those selected and their attendance will be required at the Chapters luncheon event on December 13th.
NOTE: Scholarship recipients will be responsible for reimbursing the Chapter or Foundation for the full cost of a failed course; failing the course renders the scholarship null and void. The course selected can only be taken in 2023. The scholarship cannot be applied retroactively to any course already taken; the award is not redeemable for cash; the Foundation will not reimburse individuals for any courses already taken.
