Following the discussion, participants can attend three one-hour renewal classes: Firewise, Deed Fraud, and Arizona Water in the General. On July 12, 2024, the Arizona Department of Real Estate announced to qualify to renew a real estate license on or after January 1, 2025, the individual applying to renew their license must complete one (1) hour of Continued Education on each of these issues in the real estate community.
