TUCSON, AZ (July 7, 2025) -- This week’s lease activity across Tucson totaled 172,391 square feet, covering a wide range of property types including industrial, retail, office, medical, and land. Industrial properties dominated the report, accounting for nearly 75% of the total leased space, driven by several notable transactions exceeding 10,000 square feet. ETL Holdco LLC secured the largest lease for 34,680 square feet of industrial space in the Central submarket. At the same time, Saluti, LLC completed a significant industrial land lease totaling 36,590 square feet (0.84 acres) just south of Downtown. Retail and office transactions also continued at a steady pace, with the smallest lease reported at 938 square feet.

The following leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the week of June 30 - July 4, 2025:

INDUSTRIAL - 777 EAST MACARTHUR, TUCSON, 85705 - CENTRAL SUBMARKET
CBRE’s Jackson Kraft and Jeffrey Wood represented ETL Holdco LLC in securing a new 34,680-square-foot lease. Max Fisher of BRD Realty LLC represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL LAND - 975 S. EUCLID AVE., TUCSON, 85719 - CENTRAL SUBMARKET
Saluti, LLC leased 36,590 square feet (0.84 acres) of industrial land from Farwest Steel Arizona Inc. Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Denisse Angulo-Badilla, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL - 420 E AVIATION DR., TUCSON, 85714 – SOUTH SUBMARKET
Fortified Solar LLC leased 20,000 square feet of industrial outdoor storage at 420 E Aviation from 420 Aviation LLC.  Max Fisher, BRD Realty handled this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL - 1402 E. BENSON HWY., TUCSON, 85714 - SOUTH SUBMARKET
Olstrom Custom Coach Inc. has leased 13,960 square feet of industrial space from Reading Asset I, LLC. Alex Demeroutis, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Matthew Schiffler with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL - 2165 N. FORBES BLVD., SUITE 103, TUCSON, 85745 – WEST SUBMARKET
Delivery Solutions of America leased 11,440 square feet of industrial space at Broadbent Interstate Center from Pegasus Tucson Owner, LLC. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL -  3951 EAST MICHIGAN STREET, SUITE 175, TUCSON, 85714 - SOUTH SUBMARKET
CBRE’s Tim Healy represented the landlord, Copper Pointe Business Park LLC, for a new 7,487-square-foot lease for Raymond Handling Solutions Inc. Jerry LoCoco of Colliers International represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL - 2005 W. RUTHRAUFF RD., SUITE 151, TUCSON, 85705 – CENTRAL SUBMARKET
