TUCSON, AZ (July 21, 2025) -- Southern Arizona’s commercial leasing activity held strong this week with over 42,000 square feet of new and renewed interior space leased, plus a separate 1.5-acre ground lease for outdoor industrial storage.
New lease activity was led by a diverse mix of users across retail, industrial, and specialty sectors—including fitness, wellness, firearms, catering, and tailoring services. Highlights include LB Purchasing’s lease of 4,000 square feet in South Tucson, Centro Pilates Studio’s new location at Broadway Village, and Bath & Body Works' expansion into Nogales.
In Marana, Jensen Contractors leased 1.5 acres (65,340 square feet) of industrial outdoor storage, signaling increased demand for yard and equipment storage in the Northwest submarket.
On the renewal side, tenants like Firetrol Protection Systems, Chick-fil-A, and Resourced extended their commitment to the Tucson market, while industrial renewals remained steady in the South and East submarkets.
