TUCSON, AZ (June 30, 2025) -- Southern Arizona Lease Report recorded a total of 104,622 square feet of lease activity this week, reflecting a balanced mix of new leases, expansions, and renewals across the region.
Retail led all sectors with 63,383 square feet leased, including a ground lease and driven by neighborhood center activity and a major entertainment use in Sierra Vista. Industrial followed with 27,934 square feet, highlighting steady demand from transportation, service, and restoration companies, particularly in the South and Northwest submarkets. Office transactions accounted for 13,305 square feet, bolstered by professional and medical tenancy in midtown and foothills locations.
