Gilbert, AZ (September 5, 2025) — Specialty One, a newly launched commercial real estate brokerage, announced the successful closing of its first transaction: the sale of Arizona RV Corral Storage in Gilbert, Arizona for $3,750,000 ($13,298 per unit). The deal was brokered exclusively by Denise Nunez of Nunez Storage Group, a Specialty One division dedicated to Self-Storage and RV Storage Investment.
Arizona RV Corral Storage, built in 1996, features 43 covered RV spaces and 282 outdoor parking spaces. The facility, located at 1201 W. Houston Avenue, presented investors with strong upside potential through rent increases, covered storage conversion, and professional management.
