Phoenix Commercial Advisors represents seller in Cave Creek transaction
Cave Creek, Ariz., (August 7, 2024) – Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of Cave Creek Crossing Shops, inline shops shadow anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market. The property, located on 1.68 acres on the southwest corner of Cave Creek Road and Carefree Highway in Cave Creek, Ariz., sold for $5,840,000 or $570 per square foot.
The shops, totaling 10,237 square feet, were 100 percent leased to a mix of national and local tenants, including AT&T, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Nékter Juice Bar, Chiro One Wellness Centers, UrgentVet, and Tranquility Nails & Spa. Danny Gardiner and Chad Tiedeman at Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the seller, Kitchell Development Company, in the transaction. This is the fourth portion of the same center that Phoenix Commercial Advisors has sold.
