PHOENIX, AZ – Stan Sanchez has joined Colliers International in Greater Phoenix as senior vice president in the area of retail and investment services.
“As a former business owner and Arizona native, Stan brings a deep understanding of the real estate industry and a strong business perspective that enables him to better understand today’s diverse market,” said Bob Mulhern, managing director of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix.
Sanchez is experienced in brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, project leasing, development consulting, investment services/sales, commercial land acquisitions and Hispanic retail markets.

Previously, Sanchez was president and partner of a retail brokerage company where he managed well over 200 retail listings and escrow closings, and aided in the execution of more than 3,000 lease transactions.
Sanchez has been an advisor to ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) emerging market initiatives as well as consulted on numerous international deals. He possesses a distinct knowledge of the retail estate industry through a strong connection to the community and his earnest desire for promoting positive community and economic growth.
Sanchez has worked on many local, national and regional retail projects, which in combination surpass one million square feet. Additionally, he has completed more than 2.5 million square feet of retail lease transactions.
Among his clients are Hines, Houston; AETNA Realty, New York; Kimco Realty, New York; and Pacific Coast Capital Partners, Los Angeles.
