GOODYEAR, Arizona -- Litchfield Development Group LLC, an affiliate of Long Development Corporation (David Long, President) has purchased 2.25-acres located at the southeast corner of Litchfield Rd & Interstate 10 in Goodyear, Arizona for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot Starbucks store. Long subsequently sold 0.94-acres to Sun Devil Auto for the construction of a 7,500-square-foot store.
Openings for both are anticipated for 3rd or 4th quarter 2021.
Starbucks and Sun Devil Auto will be part of the existing Palm Valley Crossing Shopping Center which is also home to Rudy’s BBQ, Service King, Trek Bicycle, RideNow Powersports, Rodeo Ford (an Earnhardt Auto Centers dealership) and Yates Buick GMC.
Long was self-represented in negotiations for the buyer in the purchase of the overall property and same with the subsequent sale to Sun Devil Auto. The Seller (126-Tactical, LLC) was self-represented.
