TUCSON, ARIZONA, February 28, 2023 - Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented SS Enterprise Holdings, LLC of Phoenix, in its purchase of 2.24-acres, approximately 97,358 square feet, of land at 13550 E Colossal Cave Road in the Vail area of Tucson for $1.41 million ($14 PSF).

The property is located adjacent to a Walgreens at the corner and the buyer plans to develop a Super Star Car Wash on the site.

The transaction closed on January 17, 2023.

The seller was Old Lobos Del Lago, LLC (Ron Ault, manager) of Tucson was represented by Matthew Ault with Kidder Matthews of Phoenix.

This is the fourth site for Super Star Car Wash in Tucson metro that Price has handled, the three others are at Oracle & Orange Grove, Valencia & Midvale and 5225 E Speedway Blvd.
