Phoenix, Arizona – Rommie Mojahed, the Director of Retail Leasing & Sales Investments has been a staple in the commercial real estate community here in the valley of the sun. He has grown up in the east valley which has been a primary focus for him to help increase the economic development and growth of the community. With having an extraordinary presence and top producing year in 2020, he was just recently named by SVN International Corp. to the President’s Circle within the SVN international network for his top producing performance in 2020.
Mojahed was named to the TOP 50 advisors out of 1630 advisors around the world. A couple of months ago, Mojahed was also named the 2020 Top Producer of the Year at the SVN franchise in Phoenix. “I was faced with obstacles last year just like everyone else, but I really pride myself on having the kind of industry relationships that we can overcome these obstacles and challenges together.” Mojahed, once named ‘Tomorrow’s Leader’, ‘Top Retail Broker’, and seen on many retail panels has made a real impact on the commercial real estate industry.
One of the most memorable and historic experiences for Mojahed was closing the sale of the iconic Duke building in central Phoenix. The longtime photography studio, known to the community for high school senior portraits, sports photography and family photos was sold to Aaron Klusman with Klusman Family Holdings, LLC, where Mojahed represented the buyer in the $2,000,000 sale.
“There were some hurdles that we needed to get through and we were able to get what we needed during the shutdown of COVID-19. It created some delays in the escrow process, but we were excited when we finally closed,” said Mojahed. “I also was a part of an office building sale that had so many setbacks due to the age of the building. I learned so much during this process but so happy that we could close on the sale.” Mojahed represent the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
“There are so many great real estate advisors across the country that deserved the recognition, said Mojahed.”
