GOODYEAR, Ariz. (August 18, 2023) – Taylor Morrison is holding a grand opening for Lucero Discovery, its newest all-ages community at Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona. The August 26 event will feature Sandstone and Sienna model home tours.
Lucero Discovery is located in Lucero Village just minutes from Ladera Park, a smaller neighborhood park and a trailhead leading to miles of hiking and biking trails within the Estrella Mountains.
Lucero Discovery is in proximity to the Starpointe Residents’ Club, which features the StarSplash Waterpark, Lakeside Grill, and fitness center, and residents are also welcome to enjoy Presidio Residents’ Club, with a resort-style pool, fitness center, and more.
Lucero Discovery floorplans range from 1,575 SF to 2,842 SF and feature 2–5-bedroom, 2-3.5 bathroom, 1-2 story, 2-3 car garage models.
The price point for the Sandstone model (2,107 SF, 4-5 bedrooms, 3 baths) is $440,900. Price point for the two-story Sienna model (2,507 SF, four bedrooms, three baths) is $488,900.

The grand opening is from 9 a.m. to noon at the Lucero Discovery model complex, 9150 S. 169th Drive, in Goodyear. Pelon’s food truck will be serving complimentary breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and drinks. XO Designs will be serving complimentary ice cream from a bicycle cart. Giveaways include a golf package, PGA SuperStore gift card, and other golf-related item.
A grand opening event incentive will be an appliance voucher for contracts signed between August 26 and September 17.
