Tucson, AZ (Feb. 17, 2026) – The HOPE Building, located at 1200 N. Country Club Rd, in Central Tucson, a single-story property located on Country Club Rd, just north of Speedway Blvd, has sold for $1,700,000 (11,065 sf, $153.64 PSF) and closed on February 11, 2026.

The seller, HMS, Inc., was represented by Ryan Johnson of Ryco Properties, LLC. The buyer, the building's tenant, Helping Ourselves Pursue Enrichment, Inc. (HOPE), was represented by Buzz Isaacson of CBRE.

Originally built in 1970 by the seller, the property was upgraded in 2010 when HOPE began occupying it.

The buyer will continue to occupy the building.

Helping Ourselves Pursue Enrichment (HOPE), Incorporated is a consumer-run (AKA peer and family-run) specialty provider of behavioral health services. With over thirty years of service delivery, HOPE provides professional peer-support services to individuals who are living with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, and to those involved in the criminal justice system. Designated a Center of Excellence by AZ Complete Health, HOPE provides quality care to individuals and families in Cochise, Navajo, Mojave, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, Yavapai, and Yuma Counties, with further expansion efforts on the horizon.
