TUCSON, Ariz. (January 6, 2026) – Terracon, a consulting engineering firm specializing in environmental, facilities, geotechnical, and materials services, is proud to announce the promotion of Sean Aubry from Senior Associate to Principal.
Aubry currently serves as the Materials Department Manager in the Tucson office, where he has been a cornerstone of leadership, technical expertise, and client service. The promotion comes as Aubry recently celebrated his 30th anniversary with Terracon, marking three decades of dedication to advancing the firm’s mission and strengthening its presence in Southern Arizona.
Throughout his career, Aubry has been instrumental in guiding the materials department, mentoring staff, and delivering innovative solutions to clients across a wide range of projects. His promotion to Principal reflects not only his technical excellence but also his commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Away from the office, Aubry enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and playing racquetball.
