The Vine Apartments

TUCSON, Ariz. (August 22, 2025) – The Vine Apartments, an eight-unit multifamily property near the University of Arizona Recreation Center, has sold in an off-market transaction for $1,575,000. The sale equates to $196,875 per unit, or $105,000 per bed, at $234.31 per square foot.

Built in 2002, the property offers a mix of one one-bedroom/one-bath, one two-bedroom/one-bath, and six two-bedroom/two-bath units. With a master-lease in place, an on-site laundry facility, and proximity to the UofA Rec Center, the community presents a value-add opportunity in one of Tucson’s most in-demand rental corridors.

The seller was Vine Tucson, LLC of Scottsdale, while the buyer was The Proper On Vine, LLC of Mesa.
