Hospitality-driven workplace brand Kiln and Tucson favorite Tap & Bottle have signed leases at the nearly 50,000-square-foot project, marking a significant milestone as the redevelopment moves toward its anticipated first quarter 2027 opening.
Kiln Tucson will occupy approximately 26,000 square feet, leasing the building's entire second floor and establishing its first Tucson location. Tap & Bottle will bring its signature neighborhood craft beer experience to the ground floor, creating an inviting destination that complements The Works' vision of blending work, hospitality, dining, and community.
The Works is transforming a former office building into a vibrant mixed-use destination where people can work, gather, dine, and connect. The redevelopment will feature flexible workspace, food and beverage, entertainment, outdoor patios, and a central courtyard designed to serve businesses, visitors, cyclists along The Chuck Huckelberry Loop, and the surrounding community.
Rather than functioning as a traditional office building, The Works has been designed as a place where work naturally extends into community, creating opportunities for collaboration, social connection, and local experiences throughout the day.
