Veteran Research Professional Plans Cutting-Edge, Multi-Media Data Program
Phoenix, Arizona – Thomas M. Brophy has been named Research Director for Colliers International in Arizona. The veteran research professional will develop innovative programs that will involve more efficiency, productivity and multi-media platforms for the company’s research operations.

As research director, Brophy will manage a research department that is entrusted with all market data activities for Colliers International in Arizona. He will be responsible for overall market and economic reporting, as well as customized efforts on behalf of individual agents and their clients.

Brophy brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to his position at Colliers. Most recently he served as Director of Research for ABI Multifamily. Throughout his professional career, he has served as a principal of EPU Investments and as a partner in Neighborhood Ventures. Each of these investment firms is focused on real estate ventures and market assessments.
Brophy possesses extensive experience in data collection, reporting and evaluation of market events. He also has demonstrated expertise in corporate communications such as investor relations, offering materials, and public speaking. Brophy has been a frequent presenter at commercial real estate events and is viewed as an industry research expert.
