TUCSON, ARIZONA (May 24, 2023) – Phoenix-based GAMEDAY Real Estate acquired three Tucson mobile home / RV parks to add to their portfolio. The three-property addition sold 70 spaces for $1,904,000 ($27,200 per space).
The properties were:
- Adult Haven 3600 East Benson Highway, Tucson, AZ 85706;
- Balboa Park 3142 North Balboa Ave., Tucson, AZ 85705; and
- Rillito River 522 West Rillito Street, Tucson, AZ 85705.
Jason Hartmann with Five Star Bank successfully financed the portfolio sale.
The portfolio was 71% occupied with a total of 66 Mobile Home spaces and 4 Park Owned Homes with 9 RV occupants on Mobile Home lots. All three parks are on City water and sewage, billed back to the tenants. There is also master electricity that is billed back to tenants.

The transaction closed on May 16, 2023.

This was a bolt-on to Crab Orchard Lake Mobile Home Park, also in Carbondale, IL, that was sold to the same buyer at the end of 2022.
With another 952 spaces in 10 properties in three states currently in escrow.
