Phoenix, Arizona – SVN Advisors close another million dollar sale in North Phoenix for a Thurston Personal Training Facility.
Desert Commercial Advisors Paul Borgesen III has closed approximately $6 million in sale transactions in less than 30 days. That coupled with senior advisor Justin Horwitz who has closed $5.4 million in lease and sale transactions in the same 30-day period, some of which were deals they worked on together brings a new training facility in North Phoenix.
The property is located at 3624 E. Bell Road in Phoenix. The 5,000 square-foot property will be redeveloped into a personal training facility which is owned and operated by Seth Thurston. This is a highly visible property located at the NWC of Bell Road and the 51 Piestewa freeway. Thurston will be relocating his nearby business into the brand new facility.
Horwitz stated, “We are happy to have finally found the perfect buyer for this site.” SVN Advisors represented seller and long-time client, AZ Bell Rd., LLC in the sale transaction. “It will be exciting to watch Mr. Thurston transform that property in to a brand new facility,” Horwitz said.
