TUCSON, AZ (April 8, 2026) — Practice, LLC, operating as TMJ Care, has purchased approximately 3,028 square feet of medical office space at Country Club Professional Plaza, 2102 N. Country Club Road, Suite 3, in Tucson for $340,000.
The seller was Hoka Building, LLC. The office condominium, built in 2002, traded at approximately $112.29 per square foot in Tucson’s Central submarket. The transaction was recorded as an owner-user sale.
TMJ Care has been practicing in Tucson since 2006, making the acquisition a notable owner-user investment by an established local medical practice. The property is part of Country Club Medical Plaza, a professional office project along the Country Club corridor with convenient access to central Tucson neighborhoods, Midtown, and nearby medical and business services.
