PALMDALE/FREMONT BUSINESS PARK PROPERTIES

TUCSON, AZ (February 3, 2026) -- Torch Properties, owned and managed by Brandon Rodgers, has acquired a partial equity interest in a 100,387-square-foot portfolio of light industrial, retail, and business park properties totaling more than 40 tenants.

The portfolio includes:

  • CAMPBELL VILLAGE – 3025 N. Campbell Ave., Tucson — A neighborhood retail shopping center with tenants including The District Bites and Brews, Chipotle, El Jefe Cat Lounge, Gelish Nail Salon, The Running Shop, Core Nutrition, Dirty Dawgs Pet Care, Mauricio Fregoso Salon, and Secure Nation & Cyber.
  • PALMDALE/FREMONT BUSINESS PARK PROPERTIES – Tucson — 1010 E. Palmdale St., 1020 E. Palmdale St., 1021 E. Palmdale St., and 4100 S. Fremont Ave. These light industrial business park assets offer office suites and small-to-medium industrial bays with roll-up doors, three-phase power, and flexible office/warehouse layouts.
  • 1101 E. 18TH ST., TUCSON — A single-tenant industrial outdoor storage building occupied by Nutrien Ag Solutions.

Torch Properties’ latest investment follows the company’s partial equity buyout last year of Oracle Towers, a light industrial, retail, and business park property at 3811–3889 N. Oracle Road with more than 50 tenants. Torch Properties reports that Oracle Towers is now 100% occupied, citing rapid lease-up, experienced property management, disciplined CAM and expense controls, in-house maintenance, and tenant retention as drivers of improved financial performance in a short period.

Torch Properties and BRD Realty said they are focused on increasing occupancy and delivering experienced, high-quality property management across Campbell Village, the Palmdale and Fremont industrial properties, and Oracle Towers.

Max Fisher of BRD Realty will handle leasing, and Eileen Lewis of Torch Properties will take over the property management.
