SURPRISE, ARIZONA -- Surprise Development Group LLC, an affiliate of Long Development Corporation (David Long, President) has purchased 3.3-acres located south of the southeast corner of Cotton Ln & Greenway Rd in Surprise, Arizona for $1,293,732.00 ($9.00 PSF) for the construction of a 21,702-square-foot Tractor Supply Company store.
The store will be part of the Prasada master planned development and is immediately south of a Fry’s Marketplace and north of Walmart Supercenter.
