PHOENIX, AZ – An auto trailer manufacturer has more than doubled the size of its operations by signing a new 64-month, 51,260-square-foot lease at 6902 W. Hadley St. in Southwest Phoenix.
Pete Batschelet, Associate with Lee & Associates Arizona, negotiated on behalf of the tenant, Sun Country Trailers & Towing. Jeff Hays with Commercial Properties in Scottsdale represented the landlord, JM Wells Company, LP of Elkhart, Indiana.
Sun Country Trailers & Towing has been building custom auto trailers and towing equipment since 1986. The company will be relocating from their Glendale facility in the upcoming months. Sun Country Trailers expanded nearly five years ago when they acquired PlayCraft Trailers, which specializes in landscape, utility and PWC trailers.
Built in 1996, the building sits on 6.75 acres, features 16 grade level doors, approximately 2,600 square-feet of office, paint booth and a fenced lot.
