TCC - West 202 Logistics Center

PHOENIX, AZ –Trammell Crow Company (TCC) leads the nation’s commercial real estate development activity with nearly 38 million-square-feet under construction and 34 million square feet completed over the last three years, resulting in the firm being named the 2018 Top Development Firm by Commercial Property Executive (CPE) Magazine. Since 2014, TCC has held the top spot, delivering high-quality projects across the U.S. in a variety of product types, including office, industrial, residential (under TCC’s High Street Residential subsidiary), healthcare, mixed-use and retail.

“This national recognition is a testament to all of our TCC team members, each of whom continue to focus on our firm’s objective of building the best projects, on the best sites, in the best markets” said TCC’s Chief Executive Officer Matt Khourie. “Additionally, our success would not be possible without the strong support of our equity and debt partners, our tenants, and importantly, the communities in which we build. To those stakeholders, I express our thanks for helping us translate our development concepts into buildings that serve both the community and the business marketplace.”

In Phoenix, TCC has more than 1.1 million-square-feet of commercial real estate projects that either broke ground, were under construction or were completed in 2018. Notable projects include: Tolleson Logistics Center, West 202 Logistics Center and Osborn Marketplace and Residences (being developed under the firm’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential).

Commercial Property Executive’s ranking of The 2018 Top 50 Developers is a weighted formula based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to: current and future plans, market value of projects completed and under construction, and geographic and property diversification (CPE, December issue).
