San Diego, CA — Strat Property Management (Strat), a San Diego-based self storage operator is pleased to announce the hiring of Travis Morrow as President of their Self Storage Division effective August 1, 2017.

“This is a very unique opportunity for me and I am looking forward to joining two first class self storage operations,” Morrow said. “I’m excited to become a part of the Strat team.”

Mr. Morrow comes to Strat after 14 years with Arizona based National Self Storage (National) where he also served as the company’s President. National’s portfolio will continue under Mr. Morrow’s supervision through a sub-management agreement between Strat and National.

“Travis has an extensive self storage background and is truly a visionary in the industry,” said Don Clauson, Strat Property Management CEO. “He envisions and shares the same concepts of our core culture. He is involved to an impressive degree in both the National Self Storage Association and the Arizona Self Storage Association. We are fortunate to bring in someone who can take our already great operations to the next level.”

The number of properties under operation by Strat will total 66 by the end of 2017.
