ULI Trends Day Conference Focuses on ‘Adapt.Disrupt.Create’ on Feb. 23
PHOENIX, Arizona – Kim Lear, a highly sought after trend spotter focused on the future of the workforce and marketplace, is the keynote speaker for ULI Arizona’s upcoming 12th Annual Real Estate Trends Day Conference. More than 25 top local and national industry experts will impart the most current real estate trends, predictions and opportunities, and their impact on both public and private sector partners.
Lear, in her keynote “Reimagining Community in the Age of Empowerment,” will decode trends, shifts and disrupters that can be used to create a roadmap in building standout experiences in the marketplace, workplace and in communities. She will challenge conventional thinking and explore bold new approaches to relationship building and community formation.
This year’s Trends Day theme, Adapt. Disrupt. Create., will feature discussions on disruptive technologies and real estate, the ROI of building healthy communities and also leading-edge employers.
