TUCSON, ARIZONA (May 6, 2024) -- This week, a 3,967-square-foot office space at 5210 E Williams Circle in Tucson is highlighted. Solari, Inc. is the tenant.  Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Landlord and handled the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, Jerry Noble represented the tenant, and Phil Skillings with NAI Horizon represented the landlord.

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News from April 29 - May 3, 2024.

OFFICE – 5210 E WILLIAMS CIRCLE, TUCSON, 85711 - East Submarket
Solari, Inc. leased 3,967 square feet at the Wiliams Centre, 5210 E. Williams Circle.  Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, Jerry Noble represented the tenant, and Phil Skillings with NAI Horizon Tucson represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 3310 E MOSSMAN RD., TUCSON, 85706 - South Submarket
Campa Construction LLC leased 2,400 square feet of industrial space at 3310 E. Mossman Road in Tucson from Cotlow Development, LLC. Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant, and Dean Cotlow with Cotlow Company represented the landlord. 

OFFICE – 6298 E GRANT RD, #100, TUCSON, 85712 - Northeast Submarket
Spectrum of Joy, Inc. has leased 2,132 square feet of office space at Wilmot Professional Plaza, 6298 E Grant Rd. Suite 100, in Tucson. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker represented the landlord and handled the transaction.

OFFICE – 1020 S HARRISON RD., #100, TUCSON, 85748 - East Submarket
The Legends Residential Care LLC leased 1,964 square feet of office space at Old Spanish Trail Plaza, 1020 S. Harrison Rd., Suite 100 in Tucson, from BSH Investments, LLC / Hazen Enterprises. Jason Shaltiel, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant. Bruce Suppes, with CBRE Tucson, represented the landlord. 

OFFICE – 1820 E RIVER RD., TUCSON, 85718 - Northeast Submarket
Longview Insurance & Investments, LLC leased 1,815 square feet at Cambric Corporate Center at 1820 E. River Road.  Phil Skillings and Kyle Kilgore with NAI Horizon Tucson handled the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 3416 S 48TH ST., #204, PHOENIX, 85040 
Miller Construction Supply, LLC leased 1,751 square feet of industrial space at 3416 S. 48th St., Suite 204 in Phoenix, from K2H Hohokam, LLC. Kameron Norwood, Investment Sales & Leasing Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant. Darin Edwards with J & J Commercial Properties, Inc., represented the landlord. 

INDUSTRIAL – 6894 N CAMINO MARTIN, #150, MARANA, 85741 - Northwest Submarket
Baja Surfaces, LLC leased 1,500 square feet of industrial space at Old West Business Park, 6894 N. Camino Martin, Suite 150 in Marana, from Camino Martin Partners II, LLC. Alex Demeroutis and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant. Max Fisher with BRD Realty, LLC, represented the landlord. 

INDUSTRIAL – 3250 S DODGE BLVD., #1&3, TUCSON, 85713 - South Submarket
Onward Enterprises Inc., dba Mighty Dog Roofing of Tucson, leased 1,476 square feet of industrial space at South Dodge Business Center, 3250 S. Dodge Blvd., Suites 1&3 in Tucson, from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. 

OFFICE – 2302 E SPEEDWAY BLVD, #207, TUCSON, 85719 - Central Submarket
Production Company Astron, Inc. has leased approximately 1,300 square feet at 2302 E. Speedway Blvd., Suite 207, from Professional Center, LLC.  Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 1611 N WILMOT RD., TUCSON, 85712 - Northeast Submarket
A&M Personnel Services, LTD leased 1,260 square feet at Dorado Park Office Plaza at 1611 N. Wilmot.  Ana Aguilar with Volk Company represented the tenant, Phil Skillings, and Kyle Kilgore with NAI Horizon Tucson represented the landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – GRANT PLAZA, 3502-3532 E GRANT RD., TUCSON, 85716 - Central Submarket
Alejandro Valenzuela Dental Studio leased 1,200 square feet at Grant Plaza; Gordon Wagner with NAI Horizon Tucson handled the transaction.

RETAIL – 8245 N SILVERBELL RD., TUCSON, 85743 - Northwest Submarket
Legacy Real Estate Team LLC leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Continental Ranch Shopping Center, 8245 N. Silverbell Rd., Suite 159 in Tucson, from 2908 Route 130 LLC.
