TUCSON, ARIZONA, January 30, 2023 -- Highlighted this week is an industrial lease renewal for 32,932 square feet at 3925 N. Benan Venture Dr., Suite 4 in Tucson, to Mygrant Glass Company, from Eastpoint Properties. Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Jon Hansen with Industrial Property Group, represented the tenant.

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News from January 23 - 27, 2023.

INDUSTRIAL – 3925 N BENAN VENTURE DR., TUCSON 85705, Central

Mygrant Glass Company, Inc. renewed their lease with EastGroup Properties, LP for 32,932 square feet of industrial space at Benan Center, 3925 N. Benan Venture Dr., Suite 4 in Tucson. Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Jon Hansen with Industrial Property Group, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 4101 E COLUMBIA ST., TUCSON 85714, South
Class Pays, Inc. leased an approx. 29,417-square-foot of warehouse/office building at 4101 E. Colombia St. from Pima Land & Cattle LLC.  Gary Emerson of GRE Partners, LLC handled the transaction for the Landlord.

INDUSTRIAL - 3645 E 44th STREET, TUCSON,  85713, South

American Hose & Rubber Company, Inc. renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 10,800 square feet of industrial space at South Dodge Business Center, 3645 E. 44th St., in Tucson. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. 

 

OFFICE – 6390 E TANQUE VERDE RD., TUCSON 85715, Northeast

TITLE SECURITY AGENCY, LLC | FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, INC. renewed their lease with GTS 6390, LLC for 5,088 square feet of office space at 6390 E. Tanque Verde Rd., Suite 160 in Tucson. Ryan McGregor, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction. 

 

OFFICE – 5151 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON 85711, East

Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc renewed their lease with KCI-Broadway, LLC for 4,848 square feet of office space at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 185 in Tucson. Thomas J. OFFICE – 2211 & 2231 N INDIAN RUINS RD., TUCSON 85715, Northeast

Americas Rehab Campuses LLC renewed and expanded their lease with Ozam Investments, LLC for a total of 1,685 square feet of office space at 2211 & 2231 N.
