TUCSON, ARIZONA, January 17, 2023 -- Highlighted this week is an industrial lease for 16,356 square feet at6000 S. Country Club Rd., Suite 190 in Tucson to Redi-Carpet Sales of Arizona handled by Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and Bill Honsaker with Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc., and Cameron Tapley with Swearingen Realty Group, LLC.

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News from January 9-13, 2023.

INDUSTRIAL – 6000 S COUNTRY CLUB RD., TUCSON 85706, South
Redi-Carpet Sales of Arizona, Inc. renewed their lease with EastGroup Properties L.P. for 16,356 square feet of industrial space at 6000 S. Country Club Rd., Suite 190 in Tucson. Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Bill Honsaker with Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc., and Cameron Tapley with Swearingen Realty Group, LLC, represented the tenant.

OFFICE – 1860 E RIVER RD., TUCSON  85718, Northeast
South32, a mining and metals company headquartered in Western Australia, with operations in Australia, South Africa, Mozambique, Columbia, and the United States, leased a 13,918 square foot office at Cambric Corporate Center, 1860 E. River Rd., Suite 100-200 in Tucson, from WCCP COPPER POINT, LLC. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction. Philip Skillings with NAI Horizon, Tucson, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL - 3562 N ORACLE RD, TUCSON 85705 Central
Christie’s Appliance signed a 10,000 square feet lease at 3562 N. Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ, located at the southeast corner of Oracle Road and Prince. The new warehouse will be used to house the company’s overstock of merchandise. Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC, represented the tenant, Christie’s Appliance, LLC, and the landlord, The Prince of Oracle, LLC, was represented by Kevin Volk, of Volk Company in this transaction.

Numotion renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 8,400 square feet of industrial space at Midway Business Park, 4500 E. Speedway Blvd., Suite 97 in Tucson. Beijing Massage has signed a lease for 990 square feet of space at 3912 N. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ in the Grant and Alvernon Center located at the southeast corner of Grant Road and Alvernon Way. This will be the fourth location in Tucson for the therapeutic massage company.
