TUCSON, ARIZONA, (March 17, 2025)  -- Highlighted this week is a new retail lease to HFE International at 1800 S. Research Loop, handled by Stephen D. Cohen, Principal, Industrial Specialist, and Kameron Norwood, Investment Sales & Leasing Specialist, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR.

The following leases were reported to Real Estate Daily News from March 10-14, 2025.

INDUSTRIAL – 1800 S RESEARCH LOOP, TUCSON, 85710 - East Submarket
HFE International, LLC leased 7,650 square feet of industrial space at 1800 S. Research Loop, in Tucson from Grace Pacifica Machining LLC.  Stephen D. Cohen, Principal, Industrial Specialist and Kameron Norwood, Investment Sales & Leasing Specialist, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties.

INDUSTRIAL – 4001 S CONTRACTORS WAY, TUCSON, 85714 - South Submarket
Keller Interiors, LLC leased 3,990 square feet of industrial space at 4001 S. Contractors Way, Suite 101 in Tucson, from Paul E. and Jan S. Monson. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Tara Kernen, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Jackson Kraft with CBRE, Tucson, represented the tenant.

RETAIL – CROSSROADS FESTVAL, TUCSON, 85712 - Northeast Submarket
Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that Maple Leaf Hair Salon has leased an additional 1,950-square-foot retail shop space at Crossroads Festival, 4811 E Grant Rd, Suite 149. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, represented the Landlord and handled the transaction.

OFFICE  – 5671 N ORACLE RD, TUCSON, 85704 - Northwest Submarket
Becoming Well, LLC has leased 1,257 square feet at 5671 N. Oracle Road, from 5671 Investments, LLC, the landlord.  Nancy Gansline of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the Tenant and Zach Fenton of ZFI Holdings represented the Landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 6418 E TANQUE VERDE RD, TUCSON, 85715 - Northeast Submarket Submarket
Lighthouse Counseling & Consulting, LLC leased 500 square feet of office space at 6418 E. Tanque Verde Rd., Suite 203 in Tucson, from 6418 TV, LLC. Bobby Verenna, Office Broker with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – BUTTERFIELD BUSINESS PARK, TUCSON, 85714 - South Submarket
Thayer Medical Corporation renewed its lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 7,287 square feet of industrial space at Butterfield Business Park, 4575 S.
