TUCSON, ARIZONA, (November 25, 2024) -- This week, a new industrial lease to Stanley Black & Decker in  PARQUE INDUSTRIAL NEUVO NOGALES in Nogales is highlighted.  Jose Dabdoub, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Robert Tardy with Cushman & Wakefield, Tampa, represented the tenant.

MTD CONSUMER PRODUCTS MEXICO S. DE R.L. DE C.V. dba Stanley Black and Decker leased 56,049 square feet of industrial space at Parque Industrial Nuevo Nogales, #167 Avenida de la Eficiencia, Modulos C y D from Centro Ejecutivo DAMOZA, S.A. de C.V. Jose Dabdoub, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Robert Tardy with Cushman & Wakefield, Tampa represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – BAY COLONY TECHNOLOGY CENTER, TUCSON, 85756 - Central Submarket
Kanthal Corporation dba Alleima expanded their Tucson operations and leased 17,609 square feet of industrial space at Bay Colony Technology Center 2705 E. Medina Rd., Suite 111 in Tucson, from 2705 Medina Properties, LLC. Stephen D. Cohen, Principal, and Alex Demeroutis, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.

OFFICE – VALENCIA TECH PARK, TUCSON, 85747 - Southeast Submarket
Larsen Baker announced that the Pima County Recorder’s Office has leased the 14,902-square-foot suite at Valencia Tech Park, 3000 E Valencia Rd, Suite 190. At the SW corner of Valencia and Country Club in the Tucson Airport submarket, Larsen Baker acquired, renovated, and rebranded the project. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, represented the landlord and handled the transaction.

Shooter's Lab LLC leased 12,500 square feet of industrial space at 1560 E. 17th St., in Tucson, from 17th Street Facility LLC. Kameron Norwood, Investment Sales & Leasing Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 6640 S BONNEY AVE, TUCSON, 85756 - Central Submarket
Sia Botanics LLC dba Craft Beauty Lab leased 9,240 square feet of industrial space at 6640 S. Bonney Ave. in Tucson, from NK Investments, LLC. Robert C. Brothers Flooring leased 7,200 SF of office/warehouse at 1615 W Grant from Rodgers-Hoge Partners. Max Fisher, BRD Realty represented the landlord and Juan Pantoja, Grimm Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

AMS Systems leased 3,600 SF of office/warehouse at 4401 E Speedway from Rich Rodgers Inc. Max Fisher, BRD Realty handled this transaction.

MEDICAL OFFICE – FORTY NORTH SWAN, 85711 - East Submarket
Larsen Baker announced that NKMD, LLC dba Naked MD P.C. has leased 3,054 square feet at the Forty North Swan medical office complex located at 40 N Swan, Suite 25. Naked MD PC is a medical spa offering related services. Prolific Pools leased 3,050 SF of office/warehouse at 50 W Fort Lowell from R Legacy. Max Fisher, BRD Realty handled this transaction.

RETAIL – EL CAMPO CENTER, TUCSON, 85711 - East Submarket
Mobilelink Arizona, LLC, dba Cricket Wireless, has signed a lease for 1,776 square feet at 3022 E. 22nd Street, Tucson, AZ, in El Campo Center located at the southwest corner of 22nd Street and Country Club Road. Mobilelink is a private Cricket Wireless company and is the largest exclusive retailer of Cricket with over 550 retail locations across the USA.  The new Cricket store is expected to open mid-January 2025.
