TUCSON, ARIZONA (October 28, 2024 )-- This week's lease report features a 32,496-square-foot contractor's yards at 2700 E Commerce Center Place in Tucson to Sundt Construction as tenant. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR of Larsen Baker and Rick Volk of Volk Company represented the landlord, owned in common by both companies. Michael Coretz with Commercial Real Estate of Tucson represented the tenant.

Sundt Construction, Inc. has leased 32,496 square feet of office/flex space at 2700 E Commerce Center Place, the flex project known as Airport Commerce Center, located along Tucson Blvd. just north of the airport. Sundt will use the space to house the operations for the I-10 and Kino interstate expansion for ADOT. The center has a 32,500-sf flex/office space remaining still available for lease. CONTRACTOR YARD – 7051 N CAMINO MARTIN, MARANA, 85741 – Northwest Submarket
Southern Express Bus Services, LLC, has leased the secured yard (27,000 sf) in the west parking lot at Ina-10 Flex Center, located at 7051 N Camino Martin in Marana. Southern Express Bus Services offers School busses drivers, and driver training for local school districts and other users. The secured yard will come with 2000 sf modular building. Ina 10 Flex Center is the redevelopment of the former Bedroxx Bowling Alley. Larsen Baker acquired the asset with the intention of repositioning the building to serve the Flex/Industrial needs of the NW market. The project is now 100% leased.
