TUCSON, ARIZONA, (September 14, 2026) — This week’s Tucson commercial lease activity included new industrial and office tenants, a head spa at Silverbell Flex Center and two restaurant announcements. Bisbee Breakfast Club is preparing to enter Vail, while Larsen Baker will redevelop the former Dante’s Fire building on Grant Road for Kukai Japanese Kitchen.

Lan Allen, DMD PC leased 2,360 square feet of industrial space at South Gate Business Park from Bobaganoosh, LLC. Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.
Retail Lease – 2706 N. Silverbell Road, Suite 3130, Tucson, AZ 85745 – West Submarket
Sonoran Head Spa leased 1,200 square feet at Silverbell Flex Center. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker represented the landlord. Julian Willets, CCIM, with RE/MAX represented the tenant.
Office Lease – 3390 N. Campbell Ave., Suite 130, Tucson, AZ 85719 – Central Submarket

Bisbee Breakfast Club leased a pad within the Vail Safeway Shopping Center from Vail-SSC, LLC. Construction is expected to begin in September 2026, with the restaurant scheduled to open in spring 2027. Retail Lease – 2526 E. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85716 – Central Submarket
Kukai Japanese Kitchen leased the freestanding restaurant building formerly occupied by Dante’s Fire. Larsen Baker will redevelop the building, with construction expected to begin later this month. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker represented the landlord and handled the transaction. The square footage and opening date were not disclosed.
Retail Renewal – 10235 E. Old Vail Road, Suite 135, Tucson, AZ 85747 – Southeast Submarket
ONE Nail Lounge renewed its lease with Prince Road Associates, LLC for 1,200 square feet of retail space at Las Plazas at Old Vail, Lot 10. Dave Hammack, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord.
