TUCSON, ARIZONA – Tucson Fiesta at 4215, 4225 & 4255 North Oracle Road in Tucson sold for $14.6 million ($157 PSF) to Alturas Capital Partners of Eagle, Idaho.

Located at Oracle and Limberlost, the 93,005-square-foot neighborhood shopping center was built in 1993 on 7.04 acres and was 100% occupied at time of sale with three tenants:  PGA Tour Superstore, Bob’s Discount Furniture and Burlington Store.
